Simultaneous Detection of Naphthol Isomers with a 3D-Graphene-Nanostructure-Based Electrochemical Microsensor

Naphthol is a widely used chemical and medical detection biomarker, but it harmful to human health the environment. Therefore, highly sensitive method for naphthol urgently required. Herein, an electrochemical microsensor simultaneous of isomers was fabricated by in situ growth three-dimensional graphene network (3DGN) on screen-printed electrodes. The exhibited good sensing responses typical (1-NAP 2-NAP). Using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) method, successfully realized 1-NAP, 2-NAP, isomer mixtures. Whether detecting individually or simultaneously, linear relationship 1-NAP 2-NAP wide range concentrations. For isomers, limit (LOD) reached 10 nM, LOD about 20 nM. also showed selectivity, reproducibility, stability. quantitative achieved synthetic urine samples.
